REGISTRATION FEES AND FORM:

Please note that if you are paying by credit card, charges for your registration fee will appear on your statement as ROYAL COLLEGE - IN TRUST.

  Please make cheque payable to NCEHR.  Cheques can be mailed to the address below.

Registration using a credit card for payment:

If you would like to pay your registration fee using a credit card, complete the  PDF Registration Form and indicate your credit card information and return it to our office by fax at 613-233-0658.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  After February 5, 2010, if you are unable to attend, you are encouraged to send a substitute.  Otherwise, your registration fee, less a $50.00 administrative charge will be reimbursed to you and no participant package will be sent.
