    REGISTRATION FEES AND FORM:

    • Student Rate - $100.00
    • Regular Rate - $350.00
    • Group Rate - $315.00 – The group rate is only applicable if the participant is one of four (4) or more individuals from the same institution registering at the same time.  Not applicable to students.

    Please note that if you are paying by credit card, charges for your registration fee will appear on your statement as ROYAL COLLEGE - IN TRUST.

    • Cheque
      Please make cheque payable to NCEHR.  Cheques can be mailed to the address below.

    Registration using a credit card for payment:

    If you would like to pay your registration fee using a credit card, please complete the  PDF Registration Form and indicate your credit card information and return it to our office by fax at 613-233-0658.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:  After February 5, 2010, if you are unable to attend, you are encouraged to send a substitute.  Otherwise, your registration fee, less a $50.00 administrative charge will be reimbursed to you and no participant package will be sent.
